I found out today that we have a positive DNA match!!!! YEAH!!!!!!!!! Now we just wait for Pre-Approval from the US Embassy. Basically Pre-Approval (PA) means that the US guarantees they will approve this adoption. This is very important. Once we receive PA and the social worker writes up the report we can exit Family Court and move into PGN. PGN is the final court!!!! (BUT PGN has been taking almost 3 months to get through.........so we still have a way to go.) Carol also confirmed that the birthmother was interviewed by the social worker last Friday!!!!
