We booked our flight and hotel yesterday. We will be leaving Friday, October 13th (thankfully 13 has been a lucky number for me) and returning on Tuesday, October 15th. Because we will not get in until late Friday night, Christina will be brought to us in the morning.........the earlier the better, b/c I'm quite certain that will be one sleepless night for us. My mom and dad will be joinin us in Guatemala on Saturday evening and will share the rest of our trip with us. This would not have been possible without the frequent flyer miles and hotel points that my dad has earned and graciously given to us. Thank you, Dad and Mom sooooooooo much for giving us the opportunity to travel to see our baby!!!
I'm sure it will be very difficult to leave Christina, but at the same time we'll have held her as a little bitty baby. And of course we'll be anxious to get home to Ian and Brennan!!!!
